A local high school recently became one of the top soccer programs in the country by using a popular app to stay connected during the pandemic.

The St. Augustine Prep soccer team was recognized after using the Hudl app for digital workouts.

"Leave the ball, and you go like that," explained Lizbeth Aguilar.

But keeping your soccer skills up, and being socially distant can be pretty tough.

"I think it's very difficult because like you're on the field with 11 other players and it's very hard to not be close together. I have younger siblings. So it's very hard like to find the time to be able to exercise and to do these workouts," Lizbeth Aguilar says.

Lizbeth Aguilar spends nearly 90 minutes every day working on her skills.
