MANITOWOC — Police need the public's help in identifying two people regarding a retail theft.
Manitowoc Police want to speak to the two seen in surveillance photos spotted at a local retail store.
"Please pass this information onto family, friends or co-workers in order to help identify these subjects," the Manitowoc Police Department wrote in a Facebook post.
