Hartford Police released a sketch of the suspect in an assault that occurred on Tuesday.
They posted the sketch on their Facebook page.
Police say the man asked a female for a cigarette and when she said she didn't have one he pulled out a knife. A struggle ensued, but the female did not receive any injuries.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20s, 5 ft. 8-10 in. tall. He has pale skin, sunken-in eyes, a clean-shaven face and head and a slender build.
He also has a tattoo that wraps around the left side of his neck.
