HARTFORD -- A 10-year-old boy has been reported missing out of Hartford.
Owen was last seen at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at his home in the southeast area of Hartford. An active search is underway.
Hartford police said the boy left on his own accord.
Owen is 4'3" and 104 pounds, with brown eyes and a shaved head. He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants with a blue Adidas logo, a neon green shirt with grey sleeves, and red and silver high top shoes. He was also carrying a blue backpack.
