UPDATE: Both children and Giltner have been safely located

The Green Bay Police Department is looking for the public's help in finding two missing children.
Police say the children are believed to be with 23-year-old MacKenzie Giltner. The children are 1-year-old Syrenity Seppel and 4-year-old Sylis Seppel.
They are believed to be traveling in a 2012 White Ford Focus (similar to the car pictured in this article), with Wisconsin license plate 667-WCG.
Police tell NBC 26 that custodial parents of the children did not give Giltner permission to go away with the children.
