Girl missing from Minnesota foster home believed to be in Milwaukee

A sheriff’s office in Minnesota is looking for a missing 16-year-old girl who may have hitchhiked to Milwaukee. 

The Stevens County Sheriff said Julia Gocha went missing from her foster parents' house in Chokio on June 18, Minnesota to travel to her biological father, who is a Milwaukee resident. 

The sheriff’s attempts to locate Julia in Milwaukee have not been successful. 

Gocha has brown shoulder-length hair and hazel eyes. She stands 5’02” and weighs 140 pounds. She has a pierced nose.
