Germantown police are searching for a 14-year-old girl last seen on Sept. 21.
Police said Callalia Bossi was last seen at her home in Germantown around 2 p.m. on Monday.
Bossi is believed to have left her house willingly but has a health condition that needs daily medication.
She is possibly in the Milwaukee area.
