Froedtert, Medical College of Wisconsin to offer drive-thru flu shot clinics

Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin are providing drive-thru flu shot clinics in Menomonee Falls and West Bend.

“The Froedtert & MCW health network understands the importance of protecting our community, and we are making every effort to safely and effectively provide flu vaccinations to those who are interested and most in need,” said Jonathon Truwit, MD, Enterprise Chief Medical Officer, Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin health network in a statement. “We offer many safe and convenient options for getting a flu shot including drive-thru clinics, availability at our pharmacies, through our FastCare® locations and at our Froedtert & MCW health centers. This is the first year we’re offering the drive-thru flu vaccine option and hope to expand this offering in the future.”

The drive-thru clinic will be at the Town Hall Health Center in Menomonee Falls on Oct. 3 and Oct. 31 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

In West Bend, the clinic will be at the F&MCW West Bend Hospital on Oct. 3 and Oct. 31 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Flu shots will be available to anyone over the age of 6. Most insurance plans are accepted.
