FOND DU LAC -- A former Ripon High School teacher that sexually assaulted a student will receive probation and no jail time.
According to our partners at WISC-TV, 29-year-old Samantha Fitzpatrick pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault of a student by a school staff member. The other three counts, including child enticement, were dismissed.
Fitzpatrick will serve three years of probation, as ordered by Fond Du Lac Judge Gary Sharpe.
According to the criminal complaint, the male student she had a relationship with was 16-years-old.
