People are evacuating homes and apartments in Fond du Lac around Western Avenue and Oak Street due to flooding.
Police said it is mostly self evacuations at this time.
There is water over the banks and on the street in that area due to ice jams around the bridges.
Police are warning people not to drive through the water in that area.
A temporary shelter is set up at the police station and officers are working to get a more permanent shelter ready.
