Wisconsin's capital is at the top of the heap when it comes to fit people -- at least among those that wear a Fitbit device.
The company compiled data from 10 million people who use the wearable device that tracks your activity.
After evaluating the average number of steps, calories burned, active minutes, resting heart rate, and sleep duration, the company determined that Madison came out on top for 2015.
Milwaukee was listed fourth in the country for users who took the most daily steps, but didn't make the list when all of the aggregate factors were included.
The top 10 fittest cities are as follows:
- Madison, WI
- Minneapolis, MN
- Spokane, WA
- Boston, MA
- Portland, OR
- Grand Rapids, MI
- Lincoln, NE
- San Francisco, CA
- Seattle, WA
