PEWAUKEE — Early Wednesday morning the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office and City of Pewaukee Fire Department responded to a massive fire near a local business spot in Pewaukee near Prospect and Edgewater.
Michael's House of Prime, a local restaurant that's been around for over 90 years, was engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived around 4:01 a.m. on Dec. 9.
No one was injured in the fire, according to the sheriff's office.
Other local businesses are sharing their support of the popular supper club.
Numerous local fire departments responded to the fire including the cities of Brookfield, New Berlin, and Waukesha.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time, the incident is under investigation by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office and Wisconsin DCI.
