FBI offering $5,000 reward to find suspects responsible for multiple armed robberies in Madison area

MADISON — The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible for multiple armed robberies in the Madison area.

Authorities say the robberies occurred between November 28, 2019, and January 7, 2020, at the following locations:

1) BP Gas Station: November 28, 2019
2932 Fish Hatchery Road, Fitchburg, Wisconsin

2) Capitol Petro Mart: December 21, 2019
2770 S. Syene Road, Fitchburg, Wisconsin

3) Magnuson Grand Hotel: December 27, 2019
3510 Millpond Road, Town of Blooming Grove

4) 7-Eleven Gas Station: January 7, 2020
2216 University Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin

The suspects were armed with semi-automatic handguns. In each robbery, they approached the clerk, handed them a black bag, and demanded the clerk to give them money. The FBI says the suspects left the businesses after robbing them.

The FBI describes the suspects as males between the ages of 18 and 25. They are approximately 5' 10" to 6' tall and weigh between 150 to 180 pounds.

In all of the robberies, one suspect wore all black clothing, white tennis shoes, white/gray nitrile coated gloves, and a half white/half black full facemask. The other suspect wore all black clothing, black tennis shoes, blue/gray nitrile coated gloves, and a white or black balaclava style mask.
