The FBI is looking for an Illinois man wanted for a Milwaukee murder in 2016.

The agency said he is wanted for first degree reckless homicide and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

According to the FBI, Bills shot a man multiple times, killing him near 37th Street and Concordia Avenue in September of last year after an argument about a woman.

Bills hasn’t been seen in the state since, and agents believe he fled Wisconsin.

He is approximately 5’7”, between 160 and 205 pounds, and has a tattoo of a cross and a flower, along with the name “Catherine” tattooed on his neck.

The FBI believes he is a drug dealer with ties to Milwaukee, Illinois and Tennessee.
