MILWAUKEE -- More than 1,000 children in Milwaukee have their lives transformed each year, through skills learned from art.
For 15 years, Express Yourself Milwaukee has been an outlet for at-risk children and young adults. They are referring to the 95-percent of children served by the organization, live in low-income households and about half are known by juvenile court.
