UPDATE: More than 7,000 pounds of food donated during The Drop off or Dial for Hunger Task Force on Friday.

Thanks to the community we doubled last year's food drive money by raising over $42,000 for Hunger Task Force.

PREVIOUS STORY: The TODAY'S TMJ4 Drop off or Dial for Hunger Task Force begins at 6:00 a.m. Friday at the station, 720 E. Capitol Drive.

People can drop off healthy, non-perishable food until 7:00 p.m.

Those donors can get a picture taken with Santa and grab a cup of hot cider.

Or, if you don't want to leave your warm vehicle, volunteers will take donations as people pull through the station's driveway.

If you can't stop by the station, you can call a phone bank at (414) 967-5417 to make a donation.

TODAY'S TMJ4 talent, along with radio personalities from our partners in the food drive: 94.5 ESPN and Newsradio 620 WTMJ, will be broadcasting live all day. The food drive will help ensure that families do not go hungry during the holidays.
