The uniform of a Wisconsin detective, shot and killed in the line of duty, is being sewn into something his family can hold dear.

Detective Jason Weiland was killed during a shooting spree near Wausau.

His uniform has been sent to a non-profit called "Blue Line Bears," which will transform it into teddy bears for his daughters.

"Blue Line Bears" was started by the 14-year-old daughter of a police officer in Florida.

Her goal is to help children of fallen officers through the loss of their parent.
