Kenosha County Deputies responded to reports of a man lying alongside the roadway in the area of Green Bay Road and 4th Street on Wednesday, Nov. 11.
Upon further investigation, it was determined the man had collapsed due to an unknown medical condition. He was transported to a local hospital where he remains in critical condition.
The Kenosha County Detective Bureau is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the man.
He is described as a white male, approximately 65-year-old, grey hair and beard, about 5'8", weighing 115lbs.
He was found wearing khaki pants, a long sleeve polo shirt, a brown leather jacket, and white Nike shoes.
