Del Monte vegetable trays are posing a potential salmonella risk in Wisconsin and Minnesota, according to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
Three people in Wisconsin and one in Minnesota reported consuming a Del Monte vegetable tray purchased from a Wisconsin or Minnesota Kwik Trip prior to their illness.
These patients reported becoming ill between April 13 and April 27, according to the news release.
Additional illnesses might be reported due to the several-week delay from when a person becomes ill to when it is reported to public health agencies.
