MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County District Attorney's office Monday ruled two Milwaukee police officers were justified in using deadly force in the shooting death of Burt Johnson.
Johnson and another man pulled off an armed robbery of an auto parts store on N. 73rd St. back in May. Johnson shot at police officers as he tried to get away.
One officer was hit, but was saved by his bulletproof vest. Officers then shot and killed Johnson.
