CUDAHY -- Cudahy police have identified and arrested a predator who tried to proposition a 13-year-old girl into having sex with him.
The incident happened around 4 p.m. Monday near the 3800 block of E. Edgerton.
Police said the teen was walking home when the man pulled up in his car and started making sexual comments toward the teen. Officials said he followed her to the intersection of Swift and Holmes Avenue.
