MILWAUKEE -- UPDATE: The MPD Sensitive Crimes Division has confirmed that Lashaweeda Birkley has been found safe.
The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for your help in finding a critical missing person.
26-year-old Lashaweeda L. Birkley was last seen in the 1500 block of W. Hadley Street on the afternoon of May 11.
Lashaweeda sometimes goes by "Lashonda" or "LaLa" and is described as 5'6" tall, 130 lbs, has a medium complexion with hair in a pony tail.
Police say she was last seen wearing grey jogging pants, a striped shirt, blue and white Nike shoes and a black and white checkered pea coat.
Authorities say she has been diagnosed with autism and has paranoid schizophrenia. Police say at times she has had violent tendencies.
