WATERLOO -- Wisconsin is known for its cheese, and one local cheese company has been recognized nationally for some of their products.
Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese took home five awards at the 2019 U.S. Cheese Contest, including two Gold Medals for Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella Medallions and Crave Brothers Part-Skim One-Pound Mozzarella Balls.
The other three awards were for second-place: Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine, Crave Brothers Oaxaca, and Crave Brothers White Cheddar Cheese Curds.
