A corrections officer from West Bend is accused of sexually assaulting an inmate at the Kettle Moraine correctional institution.
Katy Moon is charged with a felony after an inmate witnessed her performing sexual acts on another inmate.
The criminal complaint said she didn't report the incident because she was scared.
