Convicted sex offender to be released in City of Kenosha

Kenosha Police are advising residents that a convicted sex offender is scheduled to be released into the City of Kenosha Saturday April 13.

Roger Eternicka was convicted of second degree sexual assault and false imprisonment in 1990 and second degree sexual assault of a child in 1996.

The 61-year-old man is a life registrant of the sex offender registry and will be subject to GPS tracking and 24 hour electronic monitoring.

Eternicka is not allowed to work or volunteer with minors nor be present on school grounds without permission from the local school district.

He will be living within a mile of 85th Street and 22nd Avenue.

A sex offender community notification meeting will be held this Friday at 5:30 p.m. at the Kenosha County Job Center.
