WAUWATOSA — One of the world's most renowned hotel businesses is bringing luxury to Wauwatosa.
According to our partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal,construction to convert an office tower at Mayfair Mall into a Marriott Hotel is underway.
It will be the first Renaissance hotel in the state, with 196 rooms, a new destination restaurant and a 4,500-square-foot ballroom.

Concord is a national hotel developer, currently only managing two in Wisconsin: Cambria Hotel in Milwaukee and Renaissance Hotel in Wauwatosa.
