The City of Brookfield Police Department hopes a composite sketch will help lead to the arrest of a man wanted in two armed robberies over the past few weeks.

The first robbery occurred on Oct. 31 shortly before 11 p.m. at the Best Western Hotel in the 1000 block of S. Moorland Road.

Authorities believe the same man robbed the Embassy Suites Hotel across the street on Nov. 15 at around 10:45 p.m.

Investigators say in both instances he displayed a black handgun.

The suspect is a light-skinned black male in his late 20s or early 30s, between 5-8 to 6 feet tall and approximately 175 pounds. He's described as having a closely shaved beard with a couple of days of facial hair growth.

The suspect was wearing a grey Milwaukee Bucks baseball hat with a green bill, a black fleece sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and black Nike boots during the Best Western robbery.

During the Embassy Suites robbery, he was wearing a knit cap with a red pom pom and a heavy hoodie sweatshirt with red coloring.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the City of Brookfield Police Department at 262-787-3702.
