MILWAUKEE -- The community of Sherman Park - and the city as a whole - is continuing to heal after an outbreak of violence and unrest last weekend.
Faith leaders are hoping to keep the peace with events being held Thursday:
- 6:30 p.m. Prayer vigil at All Saints Parish, 4051 N 25th St.
- 3:30 p.m. Peace walk followed by a community meal and discussion at Hepatha Lutheran Church, 1720 W Locust St.
The events are open to the public.
