RACINE COUNTY — The Racine County Sheriff's Office has seized cocaine, marijuana, and nearly $10,000 in cash during a massive drug bust Tuesday morning.

Officers say a Racine County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant was monitoring traffic shortly before 2:00 a.m. Tuesday when he noticed a vehicle exit the interstate at County Highway G, stop in the lane of traffic, and put its hazards on.

The Racine County Sheriff's Office says the driver was caught stumbling out of his car and looked at his front driver side tire. Officers say the driver appeared to be impaired and the cabin of the vehicle smelled of marijuana.

The driver, Carlos Frias out of Chicago, failed his field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for operating while impaired.

Upon searching the vehicle, deputies located 33.4 grams of cocaine, 20.8 grams of marijuana, $9,666 in cash, digital scales, and multiple marijuana vape pens. The cash and portions of the cocaine and marijuana were located in a diaper bag in the vehicle, with the cocaine concealed in the actual pump of a breast milk pump located in the diaper bag.

Carlos Frias is being held in the Racine County Jail on the following charges:

-- Operating While Intoxicated (first offense)
-- Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-- Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
-- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-- Keeper of a Drug House/Vehicle with a total bond of $15,100
