MILWAUKEE -- The City of Milwaukee's "Project Clean and Green" ends Friday.
We want to clarify a story we ran on Live at Daybreak earlier that suggested you could leave items out all weekend - do not leave your items out.
The city was picking up things like furniture or mattresses in different neighborhoods over the past couple of months. The program ends once crews finish collecting in Friday's designated pick-up zone.
It's too late if crews have already been in your area. You should not leave items out over the weekend. Get more information on the city's website here.
