MENASHA — The City of Menasha Police Department announced that there will be no official city-wide trick-or-treat hours set this year due to an increase of COVID-19 cases in surrounding cities.
The decision was made after city officials consulted with its Health Department.
Although door-to-door trick-or-treating is discouraged the city has suggested safer options for families here.
