MILWAUKEE -- If going to see the China Lights exhibit is on your bucket list this month, there's some good news, but you'll need to act quickly.
Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele and event organizers announced Wednesday that China Lights – “The Magic Returns” will be extended an extra week until Oct. 29.

But China Lights online and in-person ticket sales will be suspended on Oct. 19 at 9 a.m. due to overwhelming demand and a desire to give current ticket-holders a positive experience.
Ticket sales will resume on Oct. 23 at 9 a.m. exclusively at chinalights.org on a limited basis.
The annual lantern festival features nearly 50 displays over 10 acres at the Boerner Botanical Gardens in Hales Corners.
