The Children's Hospital of Wisconsin has opened measles vaccination clinics in 23 of their primary care locations.
Even if the child does not have a primary care doctor at Children's Hospital, families can still schedule an appointment to receive the MMR vaccine which treats measles, mumps and rubella.
"We want to keep kids healthy and out of the hospital, so we established these clinic appointments to make it as easy as possible for families to start or complete the measles vaccination process," Dr. Smriti Khare, president of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Primary Care, said.
