MILWAUKEE -- It is a tough topic, but must be spoken about to stop it. We are talking about sex trafficking.

The I-94 corridor is a hotbed for these horrific crimes.

A survivor joined us Live on Daybreak Sunday to share her story and book Smoking Out The Shadows.

Rosalind Metcalf, who runs non-profit organization Healing Starts Today will be speaking about her harrowing experience of being abducted and held captive at just 15 years old.

The event is free. It is happening Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Pabst Best Place at 901 W. Juneau Avenue in Milwaukee.
