MILWAUKEE -- Chick-fil-A will be opening a location at the new Milwaukee Bucks arena, according to TODAY'S TMJ4's partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal.

The popular fried chicken joint confirmed its plans to open in Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center, the Journal reported Monday. It would be the first Chick-fil-A location in the City of Milwaukee.

"Chick-fil-A, whose founder was a devout Southern Baptist, famously closes all of its restaurants on Sundays. In keeping with that tradition, the company's location at the Atlanta Falcons' stadium is not open on Sunday," reporter Melanie Lawder wrote for the Journal.

There are currently six Chick-fil-A locations in Wisconsin, including planned franchises in Pewaukee and Pleasant Prairie.

The Bucks announced last month that the team will hold a block party and grand opening ceremony for the arena on August 26.
