RACINE — The Wisconsin State Patrol was called to investigate a fatal crash involving a cement truck backing over two construction workers near Racine Rd on HWY 11 and Ohio St in Racine.
The crash resulted in one fatality of a 39-year-old woman and another worker with critical injuries.
No other information has been released at this time.
