RACINE -- An attempted bank robbery was caught on video surveillance Monday afternoon.
Police said a man came into the BMO Harris Bank near Orchard Street and Durand Avenue with an envelope and attempted to rob the bank.
The suspect was described as a white male in his late 20s with short hair and glasses.
