WAUKESHA -- Two sacred Catholic chalices snatched by thieves have been recovered.

The two men arrested, who police have not yet identified, could face a judge on Wednesday.

One chalice was found in a Milwaukee home, and the other in a dumpster. A Waukesha Police Captain tells TODAY'S TMJ4 it took the moral courage of one citizen to come forward and give detectives the lead they needed to find them.

Here's what the priest of St. Joseph's Catholic Parish in Waukesha told detectives when he first learned they were recovered.

"I told the guy I love him, and I was so, so excited about this," said Father Javier Bustos, St. Joseph's Catholic Parish.

Parishioners plan to pray for the suspects during Sunday mass.
