It happened around 2:30 a.m. at the Cousins Subs located at the corner of Oakland Avenue and Locust Street.
Milwaukee police tell TODAY’S TMJ4 the driver is a young adult male who claims faulty brakes caused the crash. Police say the driver borrowed the car from an acquaintance.
The driver was not hurt in the crash – but was taken to hospital as precautionary measure.
