Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antentoukoumpo is in a different kind of court battle.
He's asking a judge to throw out a contractor's counterclaim against him, saying it doesn't have merit.
Giannis is suing Cedarburg-based Antisdel and Son Construction for $238,000. Giannis said he hired them for remodeling work at his home but it was never finished and the company never got the permits needed for the job.
The contractor denies the claims and is counter suing for $63,000, which they say Giannis owes as part of their contract.
