BROWN DEER, Wis. -- A Brown Deer woman was arrested for drunk driving and assaulting an officer after her teenage daughter called the police on her.
The call was made to police on Monday afternoon, when the 14-year-old reported her mother driving she and her siblings, 17 and 8 years old, home from school drunk.
When officers arrived to investigate the OWI complaint one of the officers said the suspect kicked them.
The suspect was taken to the Milwaukee County Jail and booked on charges of Battery to a Law Enforcement Officer, Operating While Intoxicated-2nd Offense with a Passenger Under 16, Operating While Revoked-Alcohol Related and Resisting. The case is being reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
