Broken Bat Brewing Co. made its debut at a Major League Baseball stadium, just not the local one.

The baseball-themed brewery unveiled two of its beers at Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, for the 2019 season.

"It was an absolutely can’t-pass-up opportunity," co-founder Tim Pauly told our partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal.

The Cubs' home field will sell Corre Corre, Broken Bat's Mexican Lager, and Golden Sombrero, its pilsner this season.

On April 6th to celebrate their two year anniversary , Broken Bat Brewing will host a Cubs VS. Brewers block party. Buffalo St will be closed for the event. There will be beer, free brats and a projector screen showing the game.

Broken Bat opened in the Third Ward in 2017 and has had talks to be featured at Miller Park, but no agreement has been reached.
