MILWAUKEE -- A body was found in a trash can on Milwaukee's north side Thursday evening.
The age and gender of the person is unknown at this time.
Police were called at approximately 6:30 p.m. to an alley near Holton Street and Meinecke Avenue.
Officials said they are investigating the death as a homicide.
The circumstances surrounding the discovery are under investigation.
