Beaver Dam Police Department looking for person who robbed bank

BEAVER DAM — The Beaver Dam Police Department is looking for a person who they say robbed a Chase Bank.

Police say shortly after 6:00 p.m. Monday, an unidentified person entered the bank, located at 124 North Spring Street in Beaver Dam, wearing dark clothing, a hoodie over his head, sunglasses, and a white colored mask or bandana.

Officers say the person approached the bank teller, left notes for the teller, and demanded cash from the drawer to be removed. Police say the person implied having a weapon, but no weapon was displayed.

An undisclosed amount of money was taken from the bank. No one was injured.
