BAYSIDE -- There is a special organization asking for your friendship.

The Friendship Circle is a non-profit organization that provides friendship to someone with special needs.

Rabbi Levi Stein, director of Friendship Circle of Wisconsin joined us live on Daybreak along with Yvette Rosler and her Daughter Julia.

Friendship Circle began with a simple idea -- be a friend to someone who has special needs and give respite to the family. Friendship Circle has been providing assistance and support for more than 1,600 individuals with special needs since 2004.

You are invited to help make a difference walking just one mile Sunday August 27 in the Walk4Friendship event. TODAY'S TMJ4 Anchor/Reporter Julia Fello will emcee this event.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. at Ellsworth Park in Bayside. The walk will begin at 11 a.m. Click here to register for the event.
