Some AT&T cable and internet customers have lost service in the bitterly cold weather.
A spokesperson for AT&T told TODAY’S TMJ4 that “some” customers are without service due to the severe weather.
In a statement they said, “Severe weather and power outages in parts of Milwaukee may be affecting service for some customers. We are engaged with the power company and are working to deploy additional generators as quickly as conditions allow.”
it's not clear how many people are affected at this time. Also, no timetable was given for how long it will take to restore service.
