MILWAUKEE -- At least one person was killed in an overnight crash on I-43 in Milwaukee County, sheriff's deputies say.
The interstate was closed just before midnight last night as first responders arrived at the scene.
"MCSO is reporting closures northbound on I-43 north of Rosedale due to a fatal crash. All traffic is being diverted northbound to Holt Ave. Reduce speeds for first responders. Please choose an alternative route," a tweet from the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office says.
The interstate was reopened shortly after 8 a.m. Thursday, deputies say.
