Every once and a while it's nice to get another perspective on the place we call home.
Astronaut Shane Kimbrough brought that perspective to the forefront Tuesday with a stunning photo of Milwaukee from space:

In the photo, you can see Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and Chicago lit up, from north to south, along Lake Michigan's shoreline.
Kimbrough is a NASA astronaut and US Army colonel. He has been on the International Space Station since October of last year.
