OAK CREEK -- A veteran of the Iraq War suffering from PTSD finds a common outlet: boot camp.

The weekly classes he offers to veterans at Fuel Fitness in Oak Creek is FREE.

The man that will push you to the limit, is former ARMY Staff Sergeant Daniel Newberry.

Newberry made a life change after he learned he had PTSD. He sought help and learned what he realized he missed during his time serving: Exercise.

That's when 22 Fitness was born.

"Every single one of us has something in our life that has affected us, and the whole point of this class is to sweat it out," said Newberry to the class of nearly 50 people.

Veterans and civilians alike are invited to join. He hopes it will close the gap between civilians and veterans to build camaraderie and never give up.

Each class costs $10. Military Veterans get in for Free.
