Milwaukee man's dog returned after being stolen at gunpoint

The Milwaukee Police Department has confirmed that the dog has now been returned to its owner.

The Milwaukee Police Department is now seeking suspects after a man's dog was stolen near the Third Ward, according to the MPD.

Police said armed suspects approached the victim and demanded he give over the dog. The suspects got the dog and left the scene.

The incident occurred in the 200 block of N. Jackson Street around 5:17 p.m. on Monday. The owner said the dog's name is "Henri."
